PC - Can no longer hear other survivors voice lines in the lobby

I have found out that apparently you can no longer hear the other survivors saying anything in the lobby and you can only hear your own survivor and they cannot hear you as well. Which makes the lobby pretty quiet when you team up with survivors who have voice lines.

Step 1 : Have another person play as a survivor who has lobby voice lines join a lobby with you

Step 2 : Wait until the other person's survivor says something

Step 3 : Observe if you can hear that survivor saying or if the person who is using that survivor says that they can hear their survivor saying

    I reported this months ago, and it was marked as acknowledged. Hopefully it's somewhere in the pipeline to be fixed.

    Yeah I hope so too because it was fun hearing other survivors talk, now it's just dead silence.

    I've only ever heard my own Leon, Ada and Jill talk. Who else talks? What do they say?

    A lot actually, Gabriel got it, Renato and Thalita both got it and they both talk to each other one line after another. Also Claire, Chris, Sheva, Carlos all talk as well. The legendary skins that haven't got a voice line in the lobby are James, Cybil, Lisa and Jonathan.

    Some lines I can remember from them:

    • Claire: "Have I got a surprise for you."
    • Carlos: "Okay, now the fun ######### begins."
    • Chris: "Why do I always feel like I'm trapped inside of a monster movie."
    • Sheva: "I need a rocket launcher!"

    Ash has a funny line. This needs fixing for sure. Some of the characters I have never heard too.

    I'm on PS5 and stopped hearing voice lines since before the first RE chapter came out. I used to hear Ash's voice lines in the lobby and I loved it. Now I only hear weaker and cenobite in game. Super sad I've never heard anyone else's and I was really looking forward to hearing Nic cage. I actually own Leon, but I have never got to hear him speak.
