Do survivors not like Demogorgon?
I say this rhetorically as a no because facing a Demo is so rare, and I don't want a few bad apples to ruin demo for me.
But two matches back to back I have had survivors play hide and seek with me.
1st Match was 3 gens left, 2 survs left and I ended up searching for them for 12 mins.
2nd Match was 4 gens left, 2 survs left and I ended up searching for them for 9 mins.
I legitimately have to think about running spies because my perk has no aura reading,
Thrilling
Plaything
Deadlock
Jolt (surge)
Low and behold, I have never had this problem playing quite literally any other killer, not once.
So could someone explain why I keep getting toxic/bad surv's on Demo? and no other killer?

Zoning simulator isn't very fun.
The character and aesthetics carry the gameplay design really hard. Especially that chase theme.

We're just sick of seeing the same thing on literally every demo for the past year. STBFL and 3 gen regression and every demo behaving the EXACT same way. If we saw at least alittle variation all would well but as it stands, long as the obsession can loop/dodge demo lunges, its effectively a win each and every time.

I think demogorgon is very overrated in terms of playing against him. He's just a slinger that can teleport to me.

I like him. One of the most fun killers to play against.

My only problem with him is how dumb the hitbox of Shred is, way too big.

STBFL is awful on Demo, if you miss your shred on the obsession it's INCREDIBLY unforgiving and gives into a playstyle not suited for demo: Prioritizing using shred for hits when it (IMHO) should be used for breaking pallets and walls, and sometimes using it for hits.

I think the hitbox is fine, it's lag what is getting you hit.

Its not that its a horrible idea, its just that each keeps playing the same and will keep shreading even when its detrimental and its like "Reaaaaaaally guy?". Add in said basic beep build (which we get enough of as is) and its like carbon copies each time. We've had 1 in recent memory between the 3 of us that didnt do this. And that was over a year ago.

You should either play Demo as a m1 killer with STBFL since he can save stacks and has extra utility with the shred+portals or you should be going m2 only. If you are not going save then I would say most of your hits should be m2 if you are playing the kit to its fullest.

His Shred comes with a hitbox the size of a small cruise liner.

I started playing after the Stranger Things chapter was removed so I feel like I didn’t even see him for a long time, but he is one of my favorites. Personally, I find him terrifying and would rather hide than be chased. That doesn’t mean I’m gonna ignore my objectives in favor of hiding but if I hear him coming….

top reason i hate going against him.

For me it's more the toxicity Demo players seem to have for some reason. I only remember 1 demo since he was removed that actually was pretty nice. The others were just toxic #########

I think Demo is one of the easier killers to play against. He can try and zone you but it's mostly not going to work, if you run the loop correct. STBFL is probbly his best perk and can feel mandatory at times, which is part of the reason almost every Demo runs it.
I personally don't mind Demogorgon. I won't pay someone to play Demogorgon against me but I'm fine with him.

Wait until you find out that crouching causes him to slide around you and miss free hits because reasons
2 -
Yeah crouch tech, I stoped playing him because most survivors did that.

Love to see a demo when I'm playing a survivor. He's generally fun to go against, but also nice because he's so rare.

I have literally had DCs and people complain about literally every single killer. You won't please anyone, just do what you want. The reality is, the people who complain about this stuff are the same people that want you to play a killer, never use their power, and if you actually manage to hook someone, you must immediately run to the opposite end of the map, face a wall, wait for them to get unhooked and healed. THEN you can go chase another survivor. But God help you if you chase the one that you just hooked.
