PC-Nurse Second Blink Bug
The second blink doesnt charge and Nurse goes into fatigue, I am a p100 Nurse and I played the game before the update at night yesterday everything was fine, now when I try to use 2nd blink it bugs out as I explained, it doesn't happen every 2nd blink only maybe like half the time, but it is super annoying and unfun.

I'm a Nurse with about 30000 registered blink attacks and I have the same issue (PC/Steam)
I can't reproduce the issue reliably but it happens about 4 or 5 times during one match.
What did you do to break the Nurse again?
Note: sometimes I feel like starting a new blink doesn't work immediately either. It's so weird. Maybe it's the same issue.

- Well, i can probably explain, as it was kinda in the ptb patch notes. They said, that "The Nurse can no longer start holding the Killer Power button when a Blink is not currently charged to be able to Blink once it becomes charged". So probably what is happening is you start pressing m2 while blinking so when come out from you first blink, second blink doesnt start to charge automatically. It's not exactly what's said in patch notes, but im afraid that it is related. Pls bhvr, say that its a bug and fix it, it is really intuitively to press blink button before you come out from first blink to get max distance second blink or just do second blink fast and on point, this change reeeally ruins the experience

I know about that one and I'm not doing it.
By the way, Vulpixia had the same issue during the PTB and she is a very strong (streamer) Nurse.

So they made a useless change that doesnt make her weaker or stronger just makes her second blink more inconvinient and annoying to play with?

It's probably not meant to be like this. They probably tried to remove the thing when you accidentally hold killer power button while you dont have blink charges and then teleport immediately after you get one. But probably they messed something up and it affects second blink too. Hopefully devs will fix all issues.

Kinda stupid I have to play on lower frames just to be able to play my favourite character but I hope this at least confirms that this is indeed a bug and not the intended feature.

You have to press M2 again after you blink first time (you used to able to just hold it). I guess they made the controls similarly to how Wesker works.

LOCK YOUR FPS BACK TO 60 IN GAME USER SETTINGS. INI FILE AND THE BUG IS COMPLETELY GONE.

After testing I can confirm the bug didn't happen on 60fps but did happen almost everytime on 120FPS
