Issue Description
Pre-patch 7.1.0 behavior
Prior to this update, you could hold Right Mouse Button whilst The Nurse was blinking, or disabled to automatically charge your next blink whenever the prompt to Blink would re-appear.
Post-patch 7.1.0 behavior
You can no longer hold Right Mouse Button to automatically start charging your next blink when prompt is available.
To Reproduce
Seems to be tied to framerate. As The Nurse, the following is true;
- Uncapping FPS to 120 will cause the issue.
- Capping FPS to 60 or lower will result in pre-patch behavior, with the exception of non-blinking actions (i.e holding Right Mouse Button whilst vaulting, hooking or attacking will never pre-activate the Blink prompt whenever available).

- Any map
- Inconsistent - holding sometimes work, very rarely, at 120 FPS.
