After seeing that horrific thing i believe the whole "it must fit the character" rule is a total lie.
Felix canonically has a girlfriend and a baby on the way and yet is willing to wear that jacket.

Yeah considering the devs had to even remove parts of it like the black nails and the hair style, it still looks completely out of place and nonsensical
