Definetely EMP should be personal only and can keep with radius biopod deny.I mean only removes the slipstream of the one who uses it.With that change it would definetely improve his gameplay.
Later i would do minor changes on a PTB

Stop buffing 3-gen killers.
Why does everyone want more 3-gen killers
Because thats what is going to happen if Singularity gets buffed more.
Do we really need SM 2.0 to get his counterplay removed and become just as obnoxious.
That is how most Singularity players play him, the few ones that i see. Singularity is just an harder SM, i would rather him stay as he is then to add another killer to the list of "Is the DC penalty going to be shorter then playing this match?"

Larry isn't a 3-gen killer, that's the trap of his design.
If you play him that way, you'll be destroyed by EMPs and play without a power for most of the game.
His power actually works best in chase, but is incredibly disorientating to use, and basically doesn't work on console. He's also extremely map dependent. On a good map he can be as effective as Nurse, in that he has a very high skill floor, but also high skill ceiling.

Also it need some add on pass specially those with condition of being in overclock cuz you never hit surv on overclock unless everyone is infected.So if they wanna keep the add on that way they should extend its overclock

When you said personal i assumed you wanted to remove the interaction with biopods.
Still, i don't like the idea of incentivizing the 3-gen playstyle and i am not sure how to buff Singularity in meanfull way without 3-gen strats being the result, espeacially with the devs recent killers and balance decisions for Knight and SM that only made those strategies even stronger.
I would rather him not being touched than risking another SM.
I am sorry, but i don't trust bhvr to buff him without him being obnoxious or to listen to feedback about that issue.

I don't see it.
The few Singularities i face play him for 3-gen, the few videos i watched of him played him in a 3-gen strat.
Besides most buff ideas that i see from the community all buff the 3-gen strat, like nerfing the radius of EMPs, nerfing the off disabled timer and stuff like that.
So, most people play him like a 3-gen killer, most people want to buff to buff his 3-gen. Why should i treat him like chase killer?

Im focusing on buff his chase a bit while not buffing 3 gen strat.
I main it and i know his 3 gen strat but i dont want to buff it i want the EMP to simply be personal but keep disabling biopods.

The reason for these buffs suggestions is because he doesn't work as a 3-gen killer when survivors use EMPs.
All you have to do is grab the first EMP you see and hold onto it until you're marked by a biopod. Pop the EMP to remove your pod and disable the one that marked you and you delete his power before he can use it to TP. Rinse and repeat. And while you're preemptively holding on to an EMP, the next one is already printing.
This turns him into an M1 killer who periodically stops what he's doing to look around and nothing else.
The only way to reliably get TPs off against survivors who know how EMPs work, is to hit them directly in chase, so you can mark them faster than they can EMP. Doing so gives you haste and basekit Enduring and Spirit Fury, so you burn through pallets and windows and catch up faster than any other regular killer can. Which is where the high skill ceiling comes in.

Still, most suggestions in the foruns are buffs his 3-gen playstyle.
This post actually didn't recommend a buff to 3-gen which is lovely for a change.
But i am bit tired of having to deal with SM, espeacially after the team Eternal match (now all SMs that i see use that build), i don't want to deal with another SM situation espeacially when this killer's kit can go in that direction if not carefull.
Maybe if the base-kit anti 3-gen mechanics get implemented and the SM rework is good i would have more confidence about what can be done for Singularity.
But right now, i just want a fun killer and a killer release that isn't immeadiatly the worst to go against.
I don't buy a killer since Wesker and all the killer's since him have been horrible to go against as survivor

Well the high skill ceiling get broken when you have a false antiloop becuz duration of overclock is not enought at base.

Nothing would change only that it would be more chssing singularities.Notice that some people cant even do the first tome specific challenge of singularity without:
Killer friend with survs
Have 3 person slipstreamed.
Try that challenge to hit while overclocked

I def think his teleportation needs some buffs, you have to go through so many steps as well as not get EMP'd for a teleport and even then it is not guaranteed a hit.
Now, typically not getting a hit isn't a big deal after using your power as most killers, but again singularity has to go through a few hoops to even get a chance at landing one. I think that he shouldn't be as slowed when rising up from the ground as he is now, along with gaining some bonus for having multiple survivors slipstreamed such as a longer overclock mode
