Friendly Competition Bug or what?

This perk doesn't activate most of the time when I'm repairing generators with another survivor
I don't know what the problem is. Is there an additional condition that was not noted?

Seems it was a bug - there's a bug fix for it in today's hotfix:
- Fixed an issue where "Friendly Competition" sometimes fails to activate
