Rapid Brutality + Save The Best For Last

I was just wondering if anyone has gone up against it and if it's more balanced than it actually sounds.

Can you test it against MFT + Hope too? That will be lovely experience for sure.

Survivors have MFT forever and now we have 8s (8s with all save the best stacks) of 5% haste to get up a survivor with a forever 3% of haste.

For me is balanced, for M1 killer will help a lot, but don't change the true of need to have 2 perks (good perks) to play against MFT and just have some seconds to get up before became the same thing and rapid brutality don't give bloodlust so... This perk can backfire well good on M1 killer.

Used it on Demo and it seemed good with high STBFL stacks since it can be the difference of being able to squeeze a quick follow-up shred. Don't see how it would be good on m1 killers since you no longer gain bloodlust and I can't see rapid brutaily being better than bamboozle or another slow down perk.

The killers that need BL the most are the m1 killers and Rapid removing BL really makes in unappealing. Maybe if you go bam with the combo for 3 chase perks it could be great for m1 killers. Another thing to keep in mind is if survivors stay injured you lose half your build.

Rapid brutality is trash, good luck ever catching someone on maps with god loops like haddonfield when you don't have bloodlust. Not to mention the 150% speed boost on hit + 3% from MFT + the 3 second bladewipe animation basically hard counters your 5% haste immediately. Even with max stacks of STBFL I don't see this really ever being worth taking.
