My go-to Clown build is:
Brutal, Jolt, STBL, and a flex which varies between Pop, Corrupt, or Deadlock. Now if I run POP as a flex jolt is replaced with No where to hide.
Add-ons - Flask of Bleach and Sulphuric Acid giving you an extra kick to your bottles along with extra slowdown via healing. Most won't want to stay injured vs a Clown.

The problem I personally see with your build strats is all your eggs are in one basket. My build has a little something for every thing honestly. Not to mention you need to know the biggest weakness of a killer and choose a perk/s to help alleviate that. Clowns biggest issue is pre-dropping (technically is map traversal but.....) so that why I bring brutal to help with that.

Brutal Strength, Jolt, STBFL and an info perk of your choice should work really well. Or you use Deadlock instead of info.
This should work pretty well. But unfortunately the past few days have been a bit extreme in terms of gen times. So you might not get it on your first attempt.

I just give up on that challenge

You could always check Arinad's mega guide and/or streams.

That's understandable I guess. Just weird to make a forum post asking for help, get some replies, only to say I quit.

Trust me I will continue trying to do that challenge but I want a break from it

A basic M1 killer build good on near everyone is Pop/Pain Res/Corrupt/STBFL (although an argument could be made for Brutal Strength to replace Corrupt). Although I'd want to know what add-ons you are using, and whether or not you are using Yellow Bottles more than Purple or not. Yellow Bottles give the Clown 2.3m (over ~5s), and Purple Bottles lose the Survivor 1.8m (over ~3s). There are 2 important things though, you can combine both bottles (to net gain 4.1m), and Purple Bottles for Medium vaults at windows (but not pallets).
Arinad had a cool method of visualizing Clown add-ons by putting them in 3 categories, Lethality, Utility, and Bottle Count/reload downtime. You can only use 2 add-ons across those 3 categories, so you want perks to make up for weaknesses in your build and playstyle. If I can't find Survs very well (need intel), Cigar box 16m aura read while under the effects of Yellow Gas is super helpful. If I need map mobility, I can use Garish Make-Up for 2 extra yellow seconds, and Cheap Gin for 2 extra bottles. If I need lethality, I can brink Flask of Bleach or Redhead's Pinkie Finger. One flaw with Redhead's though, is like a perma T3 Myers, people stop healing, so you will feel the 'genrush' more as a result.
I'd recommend starting with the perks I listed above, pick the add-ons you like (but I would recommend against Redhead), then swap perks to help compliment or make up for weaknesses of the add-ons. For example you probably don't need Nowhere to Hide if you brought Cigar Box, but you might need the perk if you didn't bring the add-on and can't find people.

Here is how I did it.
HEX: Third Seal
HEX: Play Thing
Jolt
Sourge Hook Pain Resonance
Pinky Finger add on with Green add on for hindered bottle.
Midwich offering.
Midwich is a guaranteed 4k for most killers especially if you do third seal and plaything together.
Third seal makes it so they can't see their plaything totem.
You will steam roll em.

A vid from earlier this year offered builds to face organized teams without needing high level addons. Their build for Clown is Deadlock, Save the Best For Last, Pop Goes the Weasel, and Jolt.
Deadlock as a gen stall, Save the Best For Last as a "power-optimizing" perk, Jolt so you don't have to kick gens often, Pop so you get your money's worth when you do kick.

Clown has a good variety of builds, thing is that he takes a lot more skill than people think and give him credit for.
There is a 130 Page guide on him but know this, use your yellow bottles more. A LOT more, they are far better and useful than people think. Hell i often run builds based around them and not the purple ones.

I use the yellow bottles 99% of the time as well, with add ons that increase the zoomies duration.

Speed duration + Stealth perks or Monitor&Abuse is a massive guilty pleasure for me.
With M&A and a well prepared yellow bottle they barely get any time to react which almost always leads to a early hit for me.
