Why is there no official wiki page for Dead by Daylight?
Not some fandom ran by anonymity. Why haven't Behaviour released an official wiki page for this game? I would love to read detailed information, all the perks, addons and whatnot.

This wiki is officially recognized and supported by the developers. It's got heaps of detailed information about basically everything to do with the game.

Because DbD's "fandom wiki ran by anonymity" is actually very, very good and the devs know that. They have no reason to create their own wiki, as there would be no point in doing that.

We actually do, to some extent. The "Game" section of our website has most of the basic information you could want about Perks & characters.
But beyond that:
1: It's typically frowned upon for companies to control their own wiki pages.
2: Maintaining a wiki is a tremendous amount of work.
3, and most importantly: There is already a community run wiki that does a fantastic job of documenting just about everything. We will sometimes contact them if we notice anything off, but that's about it.
There's really no sense in us creating our own wiki to compete. There's already a group of people (some of which are regulars here) passionate enough about the game to create pages for just about anything you could imagine. We'd rather not make our own version to compete and discourage them from doing so.
