Not a fun mechanic
I just hit a injured survivor 3 times without getting my down or kill.
Exit gate is open.
First hit is a double hit from the hook with Pyramid heads m2 (good mechanic that i cant insta down from hook), second hit is when i catch up to him from his first endurance during a bad pallet leap. During my time to run around the very short pallet loop to him to press CTRL (and execute) his teammates run up to him infront of my eyes and use "we're gonna live forever", i hit him again and he keeps on running out the exit gate with yet another endurance effect. 3 hits on an injured survivor and yet he did not go down.
How is this a viable mechanic?
You changed the DS mechanic which is great since DS have made me watch kills slugg crawl straight out the exit gate, now you implement something even worse?
I never write posts to complain on here. But i consider this mechanic broken and it needs to be overlooked in my opinion. Surely this cant not be what you intented? Stackable endurance effects?
Anyone can understand the dissatisfaction from this.

We have way to much endurance at the moment in game.

I mean the hit off hook is cause he had borrowed time which is fair hitting someone off hook and not downing them cause they have borrowed time endurance. It probaly wasnt WGLF but maybe buckle and FTP? if it was WGLF yea the slug getting endurance on pickup is annoying but eh. cause i assume the other hit you downed him but he got picked up cause of that perk or those perks. So in reality he tanked 2 hits then.

only problem rn is ftp + buckle up combo which i hope the devs address
the endurance from hook tho is fair no reason you should be able to hut through it as p head or any other killer.

For me the issue is not that you cant get insta down from hook. I think thats a good mechanic implemented. What i dont like is that there is no cooldown on endurance so you can just use one after another. That is broken.

the teammates used endurance perk not the same person i don't know how you would add a cooldown to that
plus if the person is in mend state they can't get another endurance
the issue is with buckle up at the moment the perk got over buffed it should not give endurance for both Survivors that's stupid.
