What perks should be basekit?

I'm curious to see the consensus on a question like this.

For survivor, I think it's ridiculous that Kindred is still a perk instead of something that just happens. Not only would be nice simply to have the information, but making Kindred basekit (and implementing other similar changes) would help to at least slightly bridge the gap between solo and SWF games.

For killer, hear me out, I feel that it should be NOED. I've been vocal about the fact that this perk is unhealthy for the game and often rewards bad killer players, but since the devs are clearly in no hurry to change it in any way, I feel like making it basekit would better incentivize survivors to cleanse totems. Anything that adds something to do for survivors other than holding M1 on generators might make it so M1 killers don't feel the need to run 4 regression perks every game.

What perks would you all like to see basekit, and how would you feel if these two were introduced?
