She's a licensed character, so her chances of getting cosmetics are very slim.

I think it's not about a "should she?" but a "could she?".
I'm sure they would want to give her more but with licensed characters it's always a struggle since they can't just design something and put it up without agreements etc.
But ofcourse every licensed character deserves more love.

She has cosmetics on the mobile version of the game, multiple of them in fact -- as does Yoichi. The mobile survivors also got Ring-themed T-shirts with VHS tapes on them to promote the chapter.
The license holders are clearly happy for her to receive cosmetics, BHVR just hasn't for some reason.

Apparently the copyright holders (or whoever owns the Ring content) is happier with the mobile version than with BHVR. Who knows why?
