What are some killer changes you would like to see/in your opinion need to happen?
Here are mine:
rework
- twins - twins are in a pretty bad state, we heard rumor of a rework thats never seen the light of day and its needed.
Addons
- Freddy - 90% of his addons do nothing or minimally, which they did need changed to stop (forever freddy) he badly needs an addon pass
- Pyramid Head - again the only thing worth running on this killer is double range. The rest of his addons do basically nothing.
- Blight - My most played killer... I cant deny certain addons need changed. alchemist ring, adrenaline vial, compound 33 to name a few. I would hope speed addons stay. We see those with similar killers like oni, where without speed he would definitely not get a hit at certain tiles like shack I believe is an integral part of the kit.
Additional/tweaks
- Onryo - do something about iri tape, Ik its rare but the iri tape is quite miserable centered around teleport him and run builds given the changes.
- Singularity - may need some more time, but emps are still too plentiful to enjoy engaging gameplay. The setup(set up camera, infect with camera, slipstream to overclock) is pretty cumbersome and the counterplay is still pretty plentiful. What I would like is a more direct way biopod a survivor, not sure what that would be.
That's what I can think of off the top of my head feel free to add some/disagree.

trapper changes... which I know won't happen cause bhvr said they like where trapper is...
but ignoring that....
I would give all his traps to him basekit.
thick grass or equivalent spawning on every map when you play trapper, basically everywhere, with the color of the traps almost matching it to camouflage. (other killers bring their stuff to the trial, like fountains or jigsaw boxes, so should trapper) can also be a thick low fog too in maps like the game. enough to hide the traps but not a survivor in the dying state.
You no longer step on your own traps. They just get disarmed if you do.
Picking a survivor from a trap resets it.
Escaping from a trap now takes a set amount of time, let's say 12 seconds base. 8 if another survivor is saving you.
Trapper can recall disarmed traps from anywhere by looking at them and pressing the ability button (Think thor and mjolnir). If he holds it for a bit, all the disarmed traps get recalled in a fixed time regardless of how many traps are being recalled. As in, more time than pulling 2 separate traps one at a time, but starting at 3 it's faster (if calling a single trap takes 1 sec, calling all of them takes 2.5 seconds. something like that)
trapper bag now just increases the total trap number by 1.
Makeshift Wrap is now basekit, so now it will make it so the trap stays armed when you step on them once.
Tar bottle now makes the trap perfectly match the grass or equivalent. instead of just almost.
trapper sack now increases the speed at which you collect a trap from a distance. say 0.8 seconds.
I think the other add-ons can remain the same.
And there. Trapper is much better while still remaining an easy character to understand for new players (which is important to trapper in particular according to behaviour).
You do not need to walk around to pick your power accross the map, the traps can be actually hidden in more than 4 or 5 maps, no more trap rng(which makes things simpler), and you don't need to go back to collect or reset old traps.
But only the disarmed ones, if you put a bad trap in the corner and no one interacted with it, that's on you. if you want it, go pick it back up.

Here's my trapper idea.
You start with all your traps. You can still only carry 2 without addons more with addons.
you cannot pick your traps back up until you you go below the threshold which is 2 + whatever addons.
Instantly easier to setup without having to walk all over the map.
If you give him all his traps all the time. It's just zoning with traps till they lose. at the beginning its fine you might get one easy down this way, but then its back to just normal trapper.

nerf the pig, she is no longer allowed to place a revers bear traps on players, if she attempts to the survivor immediately escapes the match. Also remove Freddy paintbrush, it’s the only thing that is at all useful. And double overheat rate for billy. Because everyone has been complaining about him for years and they won’t fix him.

There's really no need for the power to be this inconvenient. Specially tying it to addons. Just let the base power be fully functional.
Why do people make trapper the exception on this?
Imagine if blight had 2 sprints as base and needed to run over specific spots to get extras... but would lose them upon use and had to run over specific spots again to get them back.
Or if michael could only stalk another survivor after he used the stalk of the first one.
No one asks for on even want these things on other killers, just trapper.

Once a killer gets bloodlust 1, they keep it until any survivor enters the dying state by any means. Hits, pallet breaks, lost chase, or anything else does not remove bloodlust 1. Higher tiers of bloodlust can be lost in the normal ways, but will revert to bloodlust 1 instead or removing it completely.

Freddy: give him Dream Pallets Basekit IN ADDITION to the Dream Snares. Switching like Clown do. Additional, rework almost every addon and revisit the immunity of Alarm Clocks
Trapper: Traps spawn closer to the Center. Make the green Addon which increases speed when setting and the brown one which allows you to walk over your traps Basekit.
Blight: Addon-Nerfs, make him 4.4m/s
Sadako: Revert the global condemnation back to "next to tvs" and let her teleport instantly without cooldown again. Without Old Videotape you wont be able to reactivate as fast as you could pre-changes
Skull Merchant: Delete her

Trickster: Allow him to hold the main event already.

Spawn all of Trapper's beartraps already armed, and change the spawn logic so they appear in tiles and buildings instead of the middle of nowhere or at the map's walls.

Trapper - Start with all traps. Wouldn't even be a major buff for most levels of play.
Freddy - Dream Pallet is base kit. This should've been there from the beginning.
Nemesis - Fix the damn zombies...
Oni - Give him the Renjiro Bloody Glove at base.
Blight - Make Placebo Tablet and Adrenaline Vial both base kit to slow his ass down.
Nurse - Make Dull Bracelet and White Nit Comb base kit to at least try to keep her more in line with the basic mechanics of the game..

Any killer that deletes fun and interaction from chase needs a rework. Chase drives fun in asymmetrical horror games. But if fun for killer is to delete fun for survivor then bhvr need change nothing.

I agree with you on Singularity, as far as the whole biopod aiming and shooting is quite cumbersome, sometimes decides not to work. It's really annoying and effects how powerful the Singularities powers are.

Sadako. The fact she can get away with murder with as little interaction with survivors as she can now is appalling.

An interesting addition to Legion (I know, very obvious self catering.) would be to either consume the full power gauge to vault over a window or pallet as if you were in frenzy but have no fatigue or to bring back being able to go into frenzy with a partially filled gauge. (Both at once would admittedly be awful to play against.)

Trapper:
Traps should blend in more with map so they don't stick out on bright maps or maps with little ground cover. Also add more ground cover to maps that can have it.
Better trap spawns. No more spawning in random corner of the map. Traps should spawn already set. I know alot say let him start with all traps but that just makes camping first survivor to death way too easy.
Survivors that step in a trap should get deep wound that way injured survivors that escape are punished the same as a healthy survivor for not paying attention.

S-tier nerfed to A tier (or lower), and D tier buffed to C tier (or higher).
Some ideas I had prior (some better some worse)
Blight: 4.4 base, 1 extra second fatigue on missed swings. Only recover tokens AFTER fatigue, you currently recover tokens during pallet/wall breaks. Add-on pass (nerfs).
Artist: 4.4 base (cmon she's a friggin' ranged Killer)
Nurse: Only recover tokens AFTER fatigue, you currently recover tokens during any form of fatigue. Pallet stuns set blink tokens to 0, and prevent token recovery until after the stun is over.
Spirit: Also disable sounds during phasing, make it so you have to see scratch marks during phasing or grass moving. An add-on re-enables phasing audio.
Freddy: 15 tokens, 3 tokens for slow pools, 2 tokens for fake pallets. You can mix and match now. You can also TP to completed gens, but it wakes up the closest asleep Surv (on arrival) to do so. Add-on pass (buffs).
Trapper: All traps start setup, and at loops (alongside edges, at pallets, at windows). He probably needs more, but he is also the Tutorial Killer for both sides. Hard to work under those limitations.
Myers: Starts T2, but it takes an extra 5 stalk points (the points that would have gone from T1->T2) for the first T3. Scratched Mirror just provides a hindered value to set him to 4.3 instead of 4.2. Tombstone minor rework, Iri can be used on unhooked Survs, Purple can only be used on Survs who have been hooked at least once, basekit can now kill Death Hook Survs while in T3 (and ends T3), and the achievement just requires 4k with any version (no hook kills, endgame kills, or bleedout kills though).
Clown: Yellow Bottles also give 20% Fire Up boosts (Pick up/Drop Survs, Kick speeds, Vaults). The vault speed boost can help Survs also, but will help Clowns far more.
Non Tier based change for SM specifically: Survivor can hack multiple drones, and they reset your timer to 45s. SM gets the speed boost based on drones shouldered, or people in drone zones. She can only recall a drone after the 45s timer. With this, 1 person could theoretically hack all 4 drones, and SM would have to chase them and down them to get them back (or wait out the 45s timer and recall them), but she gets the full 4 person speed boost.
