I’m trying to play the new dlc and everytime the game loads it shows the post match screen because someone disconnected with an error code 502. This has happened 3 ######### times back to back I’m really annoyed. Has this been happening to anyone else?

    Is it happening every single time, 100% of the time?

    If so, could you please stop queueing and possibly ruining the match for the 4 others you get paired with?

    I see the 502 error sometimes, but it's not every time. This makes me think that I got matched with someone who is affected by it all the time, and that's why the macth was cancelled for me.

    How am I ruining the game? It’s not my fault the game is bugged and I can’t play the game. I want to actually play but I can’t cause of this issue?

    If I had internet issues that caused me to disconnect mid-match every single match as the killer, then that means the game ends and the survivors don't get to play the match. I would get a disconnect penalty that stacks up and adds up, preveinting me from continuing to ruin the matches for everyone else.

    Error 502 does not incur such penalty, allowing players affected by it to continue to ruin the game for those who aren't. It sounds mean. It feels mean. But it means well. Sorry.

    I really hope this issue gets resolved soon, so we can all play without cancelled matches. 😕

    Are you suggesting that the devs remove the disconnect penalty? I can queue as the killer, disconnect as soon as the match starts, sending the other 4 players back to the menu to re-queue, and do this as often as I like?

    IF (I said IF) the 502 error is only affecting certain players, cancelling the match EVERY SINGLE TIME they queue, then that means they are cancelling the match for the other four players not affected by it. Continuing to re-queue means they are repeatedly ruining other player's matches.

    They should wait until the issue is resolved, IF that is the case.

    im currently playing the game now. If you have this issue shut the game off and try playing again. If it still doesn’t work restart your console or pc!!
