Anyone lose FPS after this update?

Game was on solid 120 before this update now its chugging even in the Menu. Everything is on ultra and maybe some sharpening using Nvidia

the files that people used to up their game got changed and the settings got inserted to the actual game now, so just open the game, and change your fps in options

File ain't gonna ruin my FPS lol. It's literally just uncapping.
