Why are my survivors and killers I paid for getting taken away?

I just got back on the game after a month and to my surprise all of the paid for killers and survivors need to be paid for again. What is wrong?

you should have checked if there were checkboxes next to dlc in the paid content section. or contact support

So, it's a different account in game? Am I understanding right? I'm unsure because you said "yes" but then said "same steam account" so I'm a bit confused.
If it's a new account in game, I'm pretty sure owned DLCs don't transfer.

Steam had a family sharing for DLC removed, but then again you said you paid for them
