Do people still not realize this is ALWAYS how BHVR fixes stuff. You don't fix it you just sweep it under the rug, and if some of it accidentally gets found near the rug, proceed to sweep it right back under. "Band Aid Fix's" (that actually fix nothing) are the name of the game.

Hit validation prioritizes killer POV though. Grab validation is supposed to prioritize survivor.

and some cheating survivor lag switch.
if lag did nothing that ever helped survivors, those guys would not be a thing. and yet...
really don't see what's so hard to believe about lag sometimes screwing the other person over...

wasn't even looking for anything... but can you justify this background gameplay not being a hit without saying latency or ping? there's blood and everything.
and yet, not a hit.
edit - also, go to 4:15 for a funnier one.

people calling it I-frames still gets me killed to this day ; dude that how a proper validation works when both killer and survivor are on green ping or decent , this is one of my matches of old DBD where i got a ttv guy with insane good connection.
"OLD VAULTS" no ressilience , no spine chill , default fast vault speed.
lol imagine I-frames on vaults , yeah is not like thats how fast vaulting used to be at lower ping because your hitbox used to land forward but now we are just stuck with broken fast vaults untill a bugfix patch and pretty much every lunge from narnia can now connect on every window

game is unplayable as survivor atm. you get hit on every vault no matter what. I'm being hit after fast vault + halfway around the corner from a far away killer every time no matter what the ping is. I thought at first it was a deluge of hackers for the new patch.

Everything becomes broken in this game.
Being hit while vaulting a pallet, when you are on the other side of the pallet, is bs.
All vault window hits are bs.
Being hit while dropping a pallet is bs.
Being hit byt the Alien's tail while it is 3 meters on the side of your charater is bs.
Devs are breaking eveyrthing, making the core gameplay totally unfair BECAUSE they are unable to balance the game properly.

They do not exist at all now, the hit validation being back to killer sided. I have played against 100+ ping killers and all the hits are bs, clearly validated on their side and not by the server.

Yep. Since the Update I said to my SWF-Mate that there is 0 point in doing fast vaults, because there is no difference between those and medium vaults. Sad to see that I was really correct here...

Oh and do not forget the "dropping pallet denial" while the killer is not even under it :)
You know when the drop animation has started and then is denied because el famoso killer is bodyblocking it from 2 meters away 😂

yep you get 0 distance from a fast vault.
(I know that if I had kept running, I wouldn't have gotten a hit. But that's not what the example is about)

How did the devs manage to eff it up this bad? For years windows have been killer sided and when fast vaults actually get buffed to work like they’re supposed to, it gets reverted because crybaby killer mains are used to getting hits they don’t deserve. Now survivor is literally unplayable, atleast female characters are. We need the new vaults back
