Why is customer support so terrible?
I want to know why bans for Wi-Fi outages cannot be appealed or even considered. I think it’s a load of bs that one can get banned upwards to 2 days for disconnecting. The ban timer takes 24 hours to reset which means if you have occasional Wi-Fi issues your timer will keep getting raised. I hope they fix this in the future because the game is mildly enjoyable at times when I’m not banned.

There's no way to tell when someone DC if it's a legit network failure or DC because baby rage issues. If you got a 48hr banned then that only means you've DC multiple times to get that amount. If your connection is really that unstable you shouldn't be playing any online have until you get your issues fixed as it ruins the experience for everyone in a asymmetrical game. And no bots aren't a reason to remove DC penalties.

What’s the point in having a van appeal page if they’re not going to unban anyone. I understand getting a 48 hour ban is clearly intentional but my ban isn’t 48 hours. I received a 6 hour ban for being disconnected. Sorry for the confusion but my post is concentrated on the fact that they won’t even bother appealing a ban that I had no control over.
