Deathslinger, Bubba and Pyramid Head's M1s are still bugged!
Deathslinger wipes the top of his gun with his thumb instead of the blood smear, Bubba has no camera tilt during his basic attack wipe and PH's wipe doesn't have any camera tilt either when it used to be extremely exaggerated.

Regarding Bubba and Pyramid Head, that may be intentional, as people complained a lot about motion sickness coming from the forced camera movement.
Slinger’s animation is straight up misaligned, though.

I doubt it is considering the animations lack ANY camera movement at all, making them look super unnatural. They only said they reverted the supposed "fix to the rule of Killers not looking down", not that they'd changed basic attack wipes on purpose.
So no, this is definitely a bug to do with the basic attack wipe changes in 7.1.0, not an intentional feature.
