There should be a non crawler mode playstyle for the Xenomorph
Xenomorph should have a undetectable playstyle like Myers. It fits the lore and would make the Xenomorph more diverse to fight against. This will make the Xenomorph the second killer to have a add on that would make it undetectable.
Perfect Organism Add On (Very Rare) - The Xenomorph remains undetectable but you'll be in normal mode 99% of the time. You could still do the tail attack but whenever you press the special ability button the Xenomorph automatically goes into crawl and does a tail attack than automatically go back to normal mode before you are able to move again. This means your Xenomorph will be forced to be stationary during the attack and you'll have a 2 second delay before you can move again. This will act more like a surprise ambush attack. Turrets can still alert Survivors of your presence.
Alien Isolation Add-On (Ultra Rare) - The Xenomorph loses crawler mode but moves at 120% speed. However whenever you get burned for more than 1 second. Your speed decreases to 90% and you must retreat to the tunnels for 5 seconds to regain your 120% speed back.

Shouldn't get the tail attack.
Myers in his Tier 1 mode is held back a ton because of his lack of lunge and speed.
Giving a character undetectable with no sacrifice isn't good balance. Undetectable and walking upright, no tail and no fear of flames is an interesting idea.

I guess but Myers could see through walls with his right click so I'm trying to figure out what would be the Xenomorph's special ability version.
How about this instead. Pressing his special attack (right click) brings you to a stationary Crawler mode so you can't move. Pressing right click again uses your tail attack and pressing it again for the third time brings you back to regular mode allowing you to move again.
The turrets being able to detect the Xenomorph would also make the Xenomorph'a undetectable status more easier to fight against compared to Myers.
The fear of flame will still be there since it'll slow and stagger the Xenomorph.
Maybe also decrease the tunnel traveling speed by 50% too.

I would gladly take an add on that disables Tail Attack in return for no TR and a minor haste effect (+3%?) in Crawler mode.

How about this
With the Perfect Organism add on (very rare) you are undetectable no TR and all but always in walk mode unless you hold the special ability button which gives you a faster crawl mode. +15% movement speed but you can't attack while holding down this button so no basic attack or tail attack. It's only meant to travel quick on the surface. Turrets of course could still detect you.

I would love this as a survivor main. This would be the Xeno I was expecting and any thing but the cawler mode tail attack. I have wanted Alien for so long but I feel for me anyway it is a miserable to play against due to missing a tail attack doesn't mean you lose speed.

I'm aware of those but want something similar to Michael Myers Scratched Mirror. Just instead of seeing through walls the Xenomorph will have it's own stuff.

I'm aware of those, just want something more like the Xenomorph version of Scratched Mirror from Myers. But instead of seeing through walls, Xenomorph will have it's own uniqueness and drawbacks
