Pallet dropping

Dropping pallets is really-really weird for some reason. I noticed it a couple weeks ago. Sometimes the game just eats the input/ignores it, idk but sometimes dropping pallets feels like a gambling. A lot of times, the "Drop Pallet" prompt doesn't even show up when it's supposed to and when it does I press the button but nothing happens. I stand literally next to the pallet I want to drop and my character just stands there idle and the killer can just hit me. It's really annoying. Dropping pallets feels really clunky.

    How much ping do you have on average?

    Is this a specific map you're playing on or all the maps?

    Are you sure you're not out of range for the pallet prompt?

    Do you have your pallet droo action on the same key as another action?
