Are there any changes for BL and STBFL?

Bloodlust is kind of in the same boat as MFT in the sense that when a survivor/killer is playing well the other side is getting a speed boost which makes people mindgame less and not take as many risks as they know they’ll just catch up to them regardless. Bloodlust 1 is absolutely fine but 2 and 3 are definitely over the top.

STBFL on the other hand, the perk itself is okay but the problem with this perk is getting stacks whilst being so close to a hook and when the weapon wipe animation was decreased a while back it made STBFL even stronger which made chases a little bit too dry.

Other than those issues I have the game is in a good place 😁

Thank you for your time!

Garden of Joy main building in general just needs to be reworked. Most maps compared to how they were before feel much better to play on for both sides… so I feel overall BL 2 and 3 can still go.

Main problem with STBFL is the gaining stacks by a hooked survivor. A lot of players don’t use STBFL for chase and instead use it to proxy around a hook earlish game so if there was a way for them to lose stacks with 16 metres around a hook then I’m fine with it.

You can get trade even without STBFL. Still way better than getting grabbed....

Make basic attack overall faster, then feel free to nerf it.

But it's simply good only on killers that don't really need to be nerfed.

    • STBFL provides little to no value in the early game unless the survivors are just playing terribly and getting hit every other second.
    • STBFL doesn't have much impact when it comes to hook camping. Now that hook grabs are gone, you can still get a trade-off even if the killer has full STBFL stacks.

The second part is factually wrong. Can't tell you how many unhooks I have interrupted and got a down thanks to STBFL before the survivor could unhook properly. Hook grabs gone doesn't = you can't interrupt the unhooker. :)

Actually I'm not "factually wrong". You can run the numbers and check. Any downs you're getting this way are due to survivors fumbling.

Unhooking takes 1.5 seconds. At full STBFL stacks, the cooldown is 1.62 seconds -- enough time to pull of an unhook.

Not to mention that if the obsession is the one doing the unhooking, you'd lose 2 stacks and the cooldown would be 1.89 seconds.

Alright, let's take a step back and a deep breath here, please; and remember to keep comments & responses civil. Thank you.

While i agree with your first bullet it actually doesnt help very much with the garden of pain house as you can lose chase pretty easily and never really gain bloodlust or the ability to block the window. Garden of Pain should be disabled until they go through and rebalance it tbh.
