They held the game hostage for the full hour. I have video and screenshots. Is there any place I can summit it? Or is it just reporting in-game that counts?

please report this user creating a ticket system on the https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us with the name of the user whose use this bug/glitch. The staff can be banning this user and rsend this video/image.
