So Xeno was OP, and got nerfed very quickly. MFT is OP, still no nerf.

Just.... ugh....

They just reverted his miss-hit movement penalty to how it was on PTB. For some reason they buffed it before making it to live which was a buff nobody asked for and nobody complained about his movement during PTB. There was no punishment for missing your special attack which all other killers have in some form.

They have literally confirmed a nerf for MFT...

Xeno wasn't even op, he was bugged. theres a ley difference there. Instead of just fixing his bugs, they fixed the bugs and nerfed him. they didnt even let him preform as intended on live before deciding it was too much.

For justice...they are never in a hurry with the nerf of problematic perks, well, I hope we will see his nerf in this ptb.

Xeno also got a very small change that was largely a reversion to how it already was on the PTB. Anything that they'd do with MFT would obviously require more time than that, not least because they have to sift through people complaining about every part of that perk for feedback when only some elements of it are problematic.
They've also said they are looking at it, for the record. It was in the AMA.

Its because an unbalanced Killer is a much much bigger problem than 1 Survivor perk.
How dare bHVR tackle the most imposing problems first? big brain bHVR move

When? Where?
I remember only one comment about it and that was they don't plan anything for it.

How is that true?
Killer affects less games than a perk.
Issue is for survivors, perks are what sells the DLC, so they usually keep them for longer. CoH is good example of this.

The nerf is very minor lmao and doesn't actually address the problems with how survivors interact with xeno. All this does is a minor buff to turrets and a nerf to xeno players who would actually try to use their power in the open. You are still forced to giga comp drop vs xeno as survivor and turrets still take way too long to set up for how easy it is for the xeno to deal with them.

Wait until people stop picking him up because why bother playing M1 killer like him when there are better M1 killers doing the job and watch how he starts getting ''tweaks'' and changes few months later. Maybe even an entire rework like Sadako, though it will take some time to happen.

I'm just confused why we're nerfing a killer over a bug. The bug was never intended so nerfing the killer because something unintended was making them stronger just feels bad.

I am looking forward posts that survivors have to play against Wesker too often...

To be fair, people did ask for less punishing misses, but I have no clue why the devs listened.
Xeno wasn't OP, but he was exceedingly oppressive with no reasonable counterplay. Those are different, as a Killer that moves at 4.2 and as immune to stuns and can walk through walls is also oppressive with no counterplay, but not OP. (I would however say Nurse and Blight are both OP.)
