Masquerade Med-Kits are Bugged

No matter what add-ons you add to the kit, you will never get enough charges to heal yourself twice.
Gel dressing, bandages, Gauze Rolls, it doesn't matter. You can heal yourself once fully but only about 70% the next try.
I have tried this with multiple Survivors.
EDIT: For clarity, I didn't miss any skill checks.

I just played a match where I didn't bring in an item. I grabbed a brown med-kit from a chest. Without missing skill checks, I was only able to heal myself about 70% before it ran out.

Hmm, as long as you’re sure the killer didn’t use Overwhelming Presence, then I’m not sure what the issue is then, that’s weird.
You should be able to get 2 self heals using Gel Dressings + any other charge addon.

It just happened again. This is my second time healing this match. As you can see, there's just not enough charges even though there should be.

a self heal with a medkit takes 24 charges, you need 48 charges to be able to self heal twice (gel dressings + any other increased medkit charges addon)

It says at the bottom that a full heal requires 16 charges

yes, but the description also states the medkit efficiency is decreased by 33% while self healing, which results in 24 charges required to self heal

So what add-ons would I need in order to get 2 full heals? I'm so confused now.
