Locker and Bot bugs

I was playing killer on xbox last night and on one match I had a survivor take a locker hostage and they had head on but when I downed them at their failed attempt of using head on they crawled into the locker and I was unable to get them. In a different match I had a Bill disconnect and the Bot who replaced him kept disappearing in thin air mid chase. These were my only two occurrences and I didn’t think to record them. I usually stream survivor during the day but was just playing killer off stream last night to let out some frustration.
