Can we Agree or Am I Wrong?
The whole situation with tunneling, slugging and camping is mostly a based factor of how the killer is doing during a match or how his skill set is.
Everyone knows as a killer you need 3 Hooks to remove someone from the match, 12 to completely get everyone out.
As a survivor you need to get 5 gens done and then open the gates to escape.
The reason why I believe so many killers tunnel, slug and camp is due to gens getting done so quickly not due to the amount of time it requires to finish them but do to the fact the killer can chase one survivor for minutes and the other 3 survivors can finish 3 gens during that time leaving with just 2 gens and One hook out of 11 done for the killer.
It then becomes a strategy for the killer to stop the rest of the gens from being completed by tunneling, slugging and camping since mostly chase perks and gen regression perks become useless and the most effective outcome is just to get rid of the survivors. Skip the middle man and go straight for the source.
Killers but not all of them also do these three strategies because either their killer is too weak, the perks are too weak, there skill based on the killer isn’t really well, or lastly they are going up against SWF who know what they are doing and counter all the killers moves
Survivors obviously hate this because, with all three of these strategies leave survivors without being able to do anything about them without the need of perks or some skill required.
Can we Agree or Am I Wrong?
Also let me know if I’m missing some factors of this big debate and all edit it in with the rest of the discussion

camp and tunnel Essentially make 4 to 3.
1 loop and 3 repair gen, survivor is 300% repair efficiency,
then 1 hooked、1 save、1 loop、1 repair, survivor still have 100% repair efficiency.
but in order to camp/tunnel manner to make survivor permanent Remove from that match.
it makes 1 loop 2 repair=200%repair efficiency,
then 1hooked 1save 1loop, this magically became no one repair the generator is 0% repair efficiency.
in slug situation,
It turns hook time into seek and chase time, Improved knockdown efficiency.
and knockdown not permanent Remove from that match, is temporarily can't save、repair、heal、loop.
Familiar?
just like the killer Nemesis perk- the old eruption that have 25 Incapacitated Status.
but slug aka downed survivor Incapacitated Status until that survivor get heal to stand up.
just like stop the perk "Trail of Torment."
so, it will be 1 down、1 save、1 loop、1 repair, but killer does not pick up survivor (3s) →move to hook (up to 15s) →hook (3s).
that 21s turn into chase.
by the way, hit then hit again need chase 15s.
if survivor cannot heal down teammate in time, it will be 2 down、1 loop、1 save.
but some survivor not good at Quick response, that will be 2 down、1 loop、1 repair,
in this Case it will easily became 3 down、1 save.
killer tunneling, slugging and camping, just want 1~4 kill. By High efficiency way. (lazy may be)

I completely agree! As a seasoned survivor there’s ways out of almost any situation for survivors where as killers have select options. Killers should be able to tunnel/camp etc. and the survivors need to learn how to play against it instead of getting so toxic! Playing with friends helps in these situations whereas in solo ques, nobody helps their teammates, a key reason why people get irritated at tunneling and camping etc. Yes its hard to communicate with your team but you can tell a lot about where people are by just looking for crows or having info perks!

op made a post and then 2 burner acc 💀

but let's be honest, most play this way because they know they will struggle otherwise. Not cause the survivors are so good , the killer is just inherently bad at the game

? I’m confused 🤣

Yeah you’re absolutely right. Skill is a need to win a game and some people don’t want to use skill. It depends on how people want to play the game. Some people want to play casually and don’t play like try hards, Mixing those two types of styles ends up with someone getting mad.

If communication is one of the issues of the match why have a scroll wheel ( Like Apex Legends) with quotes so you can relay to you’re team during the match. That could be one of many easy solutions for solo ques

skill?
nope, exclude camp、tunnel、slug, just about Pallets and window and distance.
all maps At least have 10 Pallets.
1 pallet make killer chase +15s to hit. full health survivor be hit also make killer chase 15s to make a down survivor.
80% pallets pulled take killer 120s.
1 loop 3 gen will fix 3 gen.
If killer Sink into 1v1 situation, do not interference repair. killer will be lose.
If killer let the looping guy run away, killer also have a risk that no one will be found to chase.

yes, be hooked survivor is survivor's blunder.(wrong place、never pull Pallets、Scratches all over the map)
aka.
some survivors 【don't know how to hide】【don't know how to loop】【don't know how to save】
and they 【don't want to learn how to hide】【don't want to learn how to loop】【don't want to learn how to save】
BUT THEY STILL WANT ALL ESCAPE.
killer against that type of survivor is easy, Whether used skill(hide red light + "Dirty moves") or not.
but when killer against good survivor, be the best killer and use all the skill(include "Dirty moves"),still will be 60% kill rate in all statistics.
means
you are the best killer, know all skills, but still have:
20% chance let the survivors all escape.
16% chance let 3 survivors escape.
11% let 2 survivor escape.
16% chance kill 3 survivors.
35% kill all survivor.
aka 47% to lose, 53% to win.
Why don't survivors need to be the best and know all strategy to have such a low probability of win?
