Fairness for your money.
A lot of discussions about nerfs. Changing the balance of a character is a needed feature for the devs. Yet in many cases us players buy a character based on what powers and perks they have as well as cosmetics. There are some serious ethical issues that have been happening with nerfs. I will give examples. Survivor Mikaela sold with circle of healing a super over powered perk which was of course abused. Solution nerf the perk but leave her with no decent perks at all. For an expensive stand alone character and no offer of a refund. Skill Merchant a rather weak killer with the ability to slow the game by controlling gens which caused a bunch of complaints. Solution make the killer totally useless but don't offer refunds for the character her two poor survivors or cosmetics. On a slightly different track. Oni amazing character yet not popular because your way of nerfing the character was to make the control during power so bad that the only people who play him are on PC with special mouses. If I knew this prior to purchase I would not have bought him and for the record I won't buy skull merchant or Mikaela either. Poor control of characters has been hated by players in any game and is obviously used as a nerf because Legion controls great.

You (presumably) read and (definitely) agreed to the EULA where it is very clearly stated that, and I quote:
"BHVR has the absolute right to regulate, discontinue, update, modify or eliminate any Virtual Goods at any time in its sole discretion and BHVR shall have no liability to you or anyone else for these actions."

You're playing a live service game, which means nothing is set in stone and everything is subject to change, including dlc characters.

So what you are suggesting is that Killer and Survivorperks from purchasable characters should never be touched?
Nemesis Eruption got a big nerf, do you really want it back?
I think your argument doesnt make sense, ofcourse you need to balance all perks even the ones who were buyed from real money.

Did you not read the EULA?

They're not going to offer refunds and they shouldn't. When it comes to a live-service game like this, things are always susceptible to change. You accepted this. You had to before you could even play the game.

You don't really own anything, you just rent their content...
