You know the game is unbalanced when

You are on a team of high prestiges with some of them P100s and you have P0 or P1 killer with some UW and the usual slowdown and survivor still can't win. Killer wins by default.

I'm on a long loss streak. Most people are losing as survivor and even popular streamers can't win.

Maybe BHVR should stop looking at spreadsheets of the top SWF playing at high MMR and maybe balance the game for "all players" before the game really dies. I don't know, maybe play the game actually and feel what your playerbase feels?

Just because bad killers are occasionally losing to really coordinated SWF doesn't mean we should continue this streak of constantly nerfing survivor.

The game is so unbalanced for solo survivor that no words can possible describe it.

I'm pretty sure the survivors had a lot of hours. That really strengthens my point that a killer can play a new killer with a completely different power and use overpowered perks and beat survivors regardless of how hard they try. In what game is that fair?

it's generally SWF>killer> solo q, I play only solo so I know what you mean odds are always against us, but when you play killer against strong teams it can seem unfair too, this game has strange balance

I think one thing that is true it's easier to snowball as killer at any point in the match and harder to comeback for survivors after mistakes

I agree mostly. But people tend to overestimate SWF. I think killers win like 500 matches in a row against SWF, solo, SWF, solo, solo, but then lose one match against a SWF and say the game is SWF sided. It's really all rhetoric and BHVR hears the rhetoric and says "ok we need to nerf survivors" because -> our spreadsheets tells us too. There is really no real life balancing. It is all follow the rhetoric and spreadsheets and that's it.

And I agree that killers really never lose the match because they can always come back. Survivors can't.

Don’t let prestige fool you. I still have some p1-3 killers but I’ve got thousands of hours. Prestige does not indicate skill.

That's why I insist over and over again. You can't adjust the balance unless you make MMR work.

Same. 1700 hours, mostly killer, and my average killer prestige is 4-5. My highest is 12. High prestige means two things: someone wants to show they have high prestige, and/or they fish hard for addons, items, offerings, etc. That's it.

Edit: I'd also add that you are also more likely to see high prestige survivors because there isn't much need to play all the different survivors so your bp will likely get focused into a few characters as opposed to killer where you'll have people playing 30 different killers. I don't play survivor nearly as often as killer and my Ace is only two levels below my highest killer.

I have Pyramid Head on P0. I'm pretty sure I don't count as a beginner anymore.

Just because someone plays a low prestige character, that doesn't mean they're bad. I have played against my fair share of P100s and most of them weren't all that special. They're just average players, who really like 1 character. And with killer you can assume that they might have a different killer on a higher prestige level and can carry over some of the skill built with their main.
