Dealing with AFK Players
In the lobby, if a player has not pressed the "ready up" button at the 15 second countdown, kick them from the lobby. This will reduce AFK players at the beginning of the match. If a player has not moved from a spot (moved; not simply turning their camera) in X seconds, begin a countdown of X seconds until they are kicked from the game. The countdown will stop if they move during the time.

Bro, what?

Some people use the lobby time to go to the toilet or something really quick... Bro, it's never that serious.

It evens out overall, just make sure to punish AFKs with your Lethal Pursuer when you play Killer, maybe even tunnel them out. They will learn to stop sabotaging their team if they stop having fun only in the matches they were AFK in the start. (That is assuming they have a pattern recognizing mind, and are capable of using it, theoretically a bot wouldn't.)

That would reset the countdown over and over.

I spend bloodpoints in the lobby often not ready up due to that. Would be unfair to get kicked because sometimes it takes a while for the lobby countdown to finish with people lobby dodging.

No matter what, there will always be people who complain.
Fortunately, if the killer sees a group in a bad mood, he can escape before the count runs out.
Don't forget to prepare to press the Esc key.

Are you the guy that always makes the rest of us wait the full countdown? Straight to jail.
