Flashbang “balance”

What if flashbangs were 1 or 2 per gen, that can be crafted from interacting with a completed gen (like a scrap pile or something) so that way if you get on a gen with 3 people you can still have a chance at getting one. Might be an interesting way to tweak the perk. It’s fine as is but if it were to be changed this could work, what do you think?

    Besides it could eliminate the need to go into a locker to craft one, doing so spooks the randos when you walk into a locker. And before you mention head on plays, craft one, place near locker, craft another and you can still do your head on shenanigans with a triple hit, just slightly altered 😅

    Why balance a perk that is already balanced, fun and well thought?
