Now that Adriana seems to have been fixed it's time to "fix" Deja Vu
Plain and simple: one of the things that survs need to do in the match is finding gens. As far as I remember now every perk that let's them see gens has a cost or condition to activate and Maps have charges, but the way Deja Vu is now gives survs a significant advantage.
It's perfectly ok to always see the INITIAL trigen and gain boost on it's gens for the entire match, but having 5% on "all" gens and being able to ALWAYS see 3 gens in the entire match is a bit too much.
And please let's talk about this as adults. I'm bringing my point of view here. Nothing more.

Deja Vu - before the gen speed upgrade - had a decent bit of intelligence gathering, showing people where the closest 3 gens were to each other. Whilst I understood why the change was made at the time, I do agree it's time to revert it.
It's not especially strong as it is, but I would have no qualms with reverting Deja Vu to an older version where it would show the 3 closest gens to each other for 30/45/60 seconds (I might be wrong about the time).
At least from my perspective, that was more than enough time for me to know which gens I should go for. I have a slight issue with perks which offer more than one effect. It's the reason I don't like MFT. I'd be happier if perks stuck to just 1 bonus.

I think it’s fine if it stays as it is until they implement the anti 3-gen solution, but after that happens it should go back to the way it was before.

So they are really creating a solution, mechanic or whatever about it... Interesting.

adriana is useless killer but nothing changed about 3 gens. 3 gens are still in the game, they cannot be exploited as hard because killer's default kick regression is crap.

Disagree.
The perk saves such a negligible amount of repair time on it's own that if the Killer applies pressure then chances are you won't even get to use that measly 6% until late-game. But what most people don't understand is that Déjà Vu isn't a genrush perk, it's an anti 3-gen perk.
6% barely makes a difference in sheer gen repair, but the point of Déjà Vu is to remove a late game 3-gen before it happens.
It's arguably the healthiest gen perk around as it doesn't really speed up gen repair outside of 3-gens and helps counter one of the most boring and brainless strategy in DBD. Knight still exists despite Chess Merchant's deserved removal so until the rumored anti 3-gen mechanic comes in it's always good to have tools against it.
It's also a free perk, and not enough free perks are versatile enough to be worth running. It's always nice when free perks get some love.

As someone who has had Doctor and Knight players try and 3 gen it still is an issue and the perk is fine as is.

Deja Vu’s latest buffs were not only because of SM (even if she was the biggest reason) but the whole 3 genning strat on many killers. They said it’s getting addressed soon and might be the next feature in line, so after that… if it works properly they might tweak Dejavu and more gen perks I guess.

The perk is fine right now, the problem is the base progression itself (after all, all perks and item works in a percentage basis).
It would be a point of discussion if some day (that I hope never comes) they implement their "Anti-3Gen" mechanic. For now, I don't think that changing any progression perk would have a significant impact in gen times for the reason I already said. Example of this: PT nerf.

Deja Vu's speed boost is pretty insignificant compared to other perks.
It's really good for solo, where you don't necessarily have other people to call out potential 3 gens. The popularity of Deja Vu reflects the popularity of 3 genning.
I don't think it needs a nerf, it's perfectly fine as it is. Prove Thyself is still better for actually breaking the 3 gens even in it's post-nerf state.

Deja Vu's buff was one of the most successful and best change made to a perk in DbD's history. 3-gens aren't gone Adriana is.

In the first place, if you have "Déjà Vu" and the third generation cannot move, it is a problem of that person's player skill, and you should surrender to the killer at that point rather than complaining.
And even if the third generation dies, as long as there are four survivors, it will almost always be energized.
If you can't do that, it's still a problem with the survivor's skill.
This is a fact that anyone who has played both killer survivors will understand.
In rare cases, gen generation is bad and you may not be able to conquer the 3 gen.
However, hate speech should only be allowed in this case.
