Plague 0 effort
We wait forever for Plague skins while other killers get loads of them with detail and to fit their theme meanwhile Plague gets a fish and a jeepers creepers looking trashfest. I'd say I won't bash other peoples hard work and effort but her skins clearly had none so whoever made them should probably hand her skins to a competent artist who actually read the lore, played the game or has more than 5 minutes of effort to put into it. 🤡

Her Greek skin was great, as was her butterfly one a couple years back. Though I honestly can't tell what her cat one is supposed to be.

She is a literal priestess yet when the Greek collection comes rather than going for a gorgon or other similar thing they make a crappy fish skin with basically nothing on it if you consider that skin good then you're welcome to a laughable opinion but sure, the butterfly one was a rift reward and the ONLY one they have made that is even passable, now go look at ANY other killer newer ones included and look at the detail and effort in their skins, then go look at plague's store page, it's pathetic

For a while there it seemed they were unwilling to give her any skins that didn't fit with the ancient Babylonian theme, and I can imagine those sold pretty terribly since they're not very cool. Thus they didn't see the point of making skins for a killer that sell bad.
They're only now experimenting with more expanded themes for her, and I guess they haven't quite found their footing yet. Hopefully they'll improve.

There's a lot to complain about in dbd, but the plague's new skin isn't one of them. The weird cat flesh monster looks great.
