Since the medkit balance changes Pharmacy has no reasons to stay the way it is now
Having a green medkit back in the days was a big deal, it was a quick heal and useful, now it does not matter what you have, brown to purple, the medkit is the exact same.
For that reason the perk should be changed accordingly.
Everytime you loot a chest you will always get a purple medkit with 1 very rare and 1 rare add-on, every single time, and the speed increase is changed to 100% instead of 80%
Medkits are not diversed anymore, they are all the same, so why not simply give the "best" one every time and something good that comes with it, with that change you either get a styptic or faster healing with more charges or faster healing.
this is not broken in any way, it just makes the perk less useless now since the medkits were all changed.

no. Having selfcare tools available is a huge advantage in itself. If you get it every time, it will affect the balance of the game.

My suggestion is: everytime you loot a chest you will appear in exit gates. It's not broken in any way too.

I'd just like its opening chest effects to be permanent, the injured finding medkits can stay as it is

Ah right. Because the perk is so OP. That's like saying No - Freddy is already plenty strong and does not ever need any buff - 115% base speed is plenty strong as is

I'd rather they just diversify the medkits again, in ways that don't bring back the self-heal meta.
