Change the yellow auras from killer perks during events.
I originally intended to post this as a result of Discordance, but it applies to others - Call of Brine, Surveillance, Machine Learning, etc - the issue is that any perk that makes a gen yellow for the killer becomes much harder to discern during events, when a generator's aura is swapped to a bright orange. I'm sure this change is even worse if you're colorblind, given the intense similarity between these aura colors.
Either giving gens a different alternate color during events, or forcing the orange auras to remain red if you're running any perk that you can use to turn a gen's aura yellow, would be very much appreciated.

I was preparing to make a thread about this problem but decided to search for an existing one and found yours.
As a colorblind during events the "yellow gen perks" are rendered useless and the filter doesn't help one bit. I have Protanopia and the only colorblind option that almost helps is Tritanopia for whatever reason.
The color blind accessibility feature is borderline terrible. A proper feature would allow us to assign a color to each visual element or at least not change everything together just moving between color shades.
There is not even a reason to have gen auras yellow anymore because it used to be like this back when we had to burn offerings to change regular gens to event gens. In a match where default and event gens existed, the red and yellow aura was "necessary" to help the players differentiated from distance. This obviously doesn't apply anymore now that all gens and hooks are event featured.

Now that BBQ event is over and we are approaching Halloween event its a good time to make a reminder.
Please BHVR, stop making gen event auras yellow (or whatever color they are, I'm colorblind)! Now that all 7 generators are event themed by default there is no need to make auras to discern one from another.

Yes! This effects both gens and hooks and both Killers and Survivors. I can't differentiate between perks that provide a yellow aura on gens or hooks vs. event colors.
Just make event colors purple or something.😋

Played my first killer match during the event. They missed or ignored this suggestion again.
Can't wait for the event to be over so I can use aura perks related to generators.

They should just stop changing the gen auras to orange during events so this isn’t an issue anymore. All generators are event generators anyway so the color being different serves no purpose.
