4/5 of the games i played today didnt count because a server crashed
-all survivors are hooked
-im hooking the last one
-last second of the sacrificial animation
-server crashes, im the one that got kicked out with zero points and a matchmaking penalty.
my internet connection is perfectly fine, i did the necessary tests, it is 100% the issue with either the game or cheaters who found a new way to ruin the matches.
this event is barely tolerable even with the rewards, but if i don't get any and also get punished for winning (because the server coincidentally crashes ONLY when Im winning, that somehow never happened when ive been losing on purpose to see whether or not it's a general server issue).
Either the servers are so bad they melt rn and im having a terrible luck or there are new kind of cheaters on a loose. And I doubt it's the former because the coincidence happens way more often than not.

I had exactly the same thing the other day. I feel it was a cheater. It happened the moment I hooked the last survivor. My game froze, and I got kicked. My internet is always fine, I never crash. I have send a clip and report to Behaviour, they are looking into it.

yep, im constantly getting robbed of well earnt rewards because a petty cheater has a button to disconnect me

and i just played a survivor game and guess what?
yes, correct, a cheater crashing server.
ill go play apex instead of this bogwater event riddled with cheaters, im officially done.

Man, you people really need to stop suspecting cheaters all the time. Servers crashing is quite common since 7.3.0 dropped and BHVR 100% needs to fix this ASAP. (or at the very least, disable the DC-Penalty for the time being)
But this does not mean that you face cheaters all the time who do this.

I agree Its not always a hacker doing it. had a few games Going good and DC. Had one I was even losing DC all of us.
I dont ever DC and I get a timer. It happen so much last night it hit 10 min. Just wish they found a way to tell if it was the server so you didnt lose your addon or get the timer.

The game crashing the second you hook the last survivor? And it happening to multiple people? If it’s not a cheater I’ll just go buy my lottery ticket. Seriously though, the probably found a way to overload the server and make the game crash

I have seen this happen as well. especially when a survivor approaches and points at a hook. I just slug them because they shouldn't be cueing up in the first place. at which point, twice in two days, I get the "servers not responding" message and dc'd.

I just another match where it happened. A Blight tunnelled out two people. When one of a duo died, boom, same DC/server crashed message.

It happened to me at the end of a farming match, so I don't think it's cheaters, but some serious server issues.

and here i played another survivor game half of which was lost beyond redemption so I just maxed out my categories until eventually found and killed by the killer.
as you can guess, disconnected from the host on the last second of the match.

I had that happen a few days ago, literally in the process of hooking the last survivor and the game freezes and eventually I get DCed.

I ran into this same problem today. I was running a Turbo Hag build (waterlogged shoe, blight serum, PWYF, etc). I get into my first chase with a Yui, get this first hit then use the blight serum to catch up. The Yui just stops running, points at me, and at that point I get the down and hook. I moved on to the other survivors and the match goes fairly normal with two more hooks until I encounter the Yui working on a gen. She stops what she's doing, points at me again, and then runs off.
I opted to kick the gen instead of immediately chasing her since I was so fast, and then I get locked in the gen kick animation but it doesn't regress. I try to kick it again, and the animation plays, but no sparks, no "crash" sound. At this point I'm thinking this is weird but maybe a server issue, then I turn to leave for the chase, I see the Yui standing there pointing at me and the game DCs. Everyone is kicked, but I'm the only one with zero points and received my first disconnect penalty ever, in a year of regular playing.
Maybe it was all just coincidence, but that Yui was sus AF and the circumstances screamed cheater to me.

This may have actually been a cheater given the circumstances I would say this isn't just you saying its a cheater you have evidence. As for the question I have good internet and a LAN cable connected to my PS5. Ping clearly doesn't matter the servers must not be used to this much players in a while. I had the afternoon off and played a few matches before having to go off and it was fine got home and when I got home that evening it was horrendous everytime as survivor the exit gates got powered opened or anything and as killer getting hooks and on both sides entering the void sometimes.

I've had that happen a dozen or so times over that last couple weeks, while playing both roles. Near or at the end of the game almost every time, and always the last survivor and killer showed 0BP the same as above, and all players DC.
I don't think it is cheaters/hackers. A lot of people have had this happen recently, and it started immediately following a patch. Use Occam's Razor here.

same I keep getting games like this, need urgent fixing, my game session is like 3 hours I can't play for nothing, I was last one alive and game crashed just when trapper picked me up on ground
don't want to be paranoid but that feng min was still in the lobby after dying very early in basement, timing was very sus

If only there was something they could implement like "No DC penalty when disconnected because of Error Dedicated Server Disconnected" until they figure out a fix for it...
