Archives challenge not working *Update*

The Archives challenge "In Extremis" doesn't seem to be completing when I do it, I've sabotage 3 hooks when a killer has been right next to the hook while they carrying a survivor.
I even tried this with Gabriel Soma 3 different times the same result, the challenge not completing.

This bug is still not fix, currently having the same issue at the moment. Moving on the next node i guess
