How long does it take (usually) for an issue to be resolved when using "submit a request"

Well, it depends on the issue, the amount of requests Support is dealing with, etc.
It usually can take from a day to a week, just be sure not to open a new ticket, because that would send you back into the queue.

if submitting a bug its more or less just if they want to do it lol iv submitted a pinhead bug (and more people have) half a year ago where his camera will be temporarily locked after using his chains and it is yet to be fixed
