Killers today so far: Tunnel, tunnel, tunnel, slugging Nurse with anti-healing, slug build fun stuff. When I try to meme with Killer or do event interaction they just hit you anyway, etc. When you try to meme with them, they will just take advantage of it and hook you instantly. My gosh...

I understand being upset about tunneling/slugging builds etc but its unreasonable to complain about killers playing the game normally during an event.

As if survivors are better. If someone starts "memeing" with me, it's usually when someone is dead and I have a lot of hooks and there's two gens left at least.

I wonder. If I was playing Killer and decided it was memes before dreams, stopped playing and just messed around, would Survivors stop to facilitate my weirdness or would they use the opportunity to crank out another generator or two and then teabag me at the exit gate? You're getting antsy at Killers for not doing something that you know full well 99% of Survivors wouldn't do either.

a good artist is so much fun to play against. Sure you hold W a sizeable amount but the mindgames with the birds makes it so engaging.

Couldn’t agree more! Even with the hold W portion of her, you still have to be wary of what she’s doing behind you. Trying to avoid her longer range snipes adds a different element in the chasing rather than the standard “killer runs fast to catch up” that killers like Blight and Wesker have. I don’t know why more people don’t like playing against her.

Theres just not enough actually good artist players out there so everyone ends up dealing with mid artist players who can really only force holding W.

Event is so irritating as killer tho, they all run to void when injured, you constantly hit endurance without knowing why, you lose your chases for nothing, picking ghosts give them haste but you can't see it, after 2-3 games I start to play ruthless too it's annoying as hell, it's awful and it lasts forever i wish it ended today

Same here. Judging by all the tunnel talk lately it's the main strategy. I'm sure BHVR will finally figure out a solution that actually works in about 2 years.. If the game even lasts that long.

I wonder if it is because they 1) do not get it 2) don't care just want to do the gens or 3) killers pretended to be acting like that and then punished the team.

Memeing doesn't mean you gotta throw the match. You could moonwalk someone to the hook and it would still be goofy.

i'd rather not farm with survivors and ones try to farm upset me. i just don't know what to do, i just don't want to farm. please don't attempt it with a killer that doesn't give the vibe, thanks.

i like bps but damn it's so unfun for the killer. i legit can't use my power as oni if portals are open; i need to go in, feed ghosts and close the void which costs me 1 or 2 gens.

It’s nothing new. Killers have literally always tunneled. I see it more than any other strategy (slugging and both forms of camping) and have for years. It’s the most efficient way to win.

The fact that so many people think that tunneling is "playing normally" is really quite depressing.

The 2nd half of the post was complaining that killers would attack him rather than meme. THATS what ppl are referring to as "playing normally". The idea that killers should refrain from attacking survivors because of an event is pretty lame.

After seeing my poor new friend tunneled out match after match then having to sit in the lobby for 15 minutes, I think something should be done.
I can hold my own and they cannot tunnel me anymore, but what of people like him? He gets so discouraged and doesn't want to play. Well, rather, he doesn't even get to play. What fun is it sitting in a lobby twiddling your thumbs for most of the time?
Is this what the developers want to see? I'm not trying to be rude, I'm sincerely asking. Because I've tried to bring a lot of my friends into this game and they all quit because of it.

To be fair, both sides play like there is no event. I mean, i see survivors escape with 20k bloodpoints. Its almost like they completely ignored the event stuff.

i dont tunnel and when a surv is friendly my brain just says they r on my team now i must free my brethren and give them more points on their way out
