Iridescent Seal of Metatron

A talisman with an odd design inscribed on it. The Entity's influence seems to have altered it.

  • Punishment of the Damned now applies Torment upon healthy and injured Survivors.
  • When an injured Survivor afflicted by Torment is hit by Punishment of the Damned, that Survivor will be put into the Dying State regardless of the Endurance status effect.
    • This effect does not apply to survivors affected by the unhook Endurance effect.
  • Torment is removed upon putting a Tormented Survivor into the Dying State with Punishment of the Damned or when a Survivor is hooked.

This basically applies the concept of the Punishment of the Damned change from several PTBs ago where Executioner was able to apply Torment with it.

Now in add-on form, it gives Executioner players a great reward for hitting Survivors with the attack once and rewards smart management of the ability, but has a counterbalance to prevent it from being exploited.
