You can't get past the killer. Which means if you a hook a survivor here, you can block the pathway to the hook preventing unhooks and you will be far enough so that the AFC doesn't kick in.
Delete this hook.

While I think this can be an issue during the Endgame, it is often just best to leave that area so the anti-camp mechanic can kick in.
I think BHVR could honestly just remove the barrels there though, it makes the area wide enough to walk around the Killer but they also dont have to move the hook position either.

Where the killer is standing the AFC won't work.

I got hooked and camped here intentionally - the killer hooked me and then stood at the top of the stairs (out of AFC range) and there was literally nothing our team could do.
