Idea for new Franchise and Killer (Choo Choo Charles)

I was thinking about Choo Choo Charles. I think this one could be much fun and nice to have a new map around that.

What do you think?

    This I do not think would work, given for one how fricken fast he is! How massive and destructive he is, I liked watching Choo Choo Charles been played but not for this game.
