Ultimate Weapon nerf that keeps it as an anti-stealth perk
UW now only makes survivors who are crouched or standing still within the killer's terror radius scream and reveal their position.
If they aren't crouched or standing still then you'll have an easier time SEEING them. If they are crouched or working on a gen then you won't see them but you will HEAR them.
This means it "punishes" stealth, but it's no longer the oppressive free Doctor Shock Blast that makes every survivor in the terror radius scream "HERE I AM!!"

There's nothing wrong with the base effect of the scream for uw. The blindness should be removed because it's just a extra annoying effect that doesn't need to be there. But that's just my opinion. It's not overpowered or anything

That's the most useless perk I have ever seen.
Current version works as anti stealth too.

The current version of Ultimate Weapon gives the same amount of info as Doctor's Shock Blast, but with half the cooldown.
Calm Spirit should not have to be a basekit/required perk.

At the very least, the perk needs to go on cooldown / reset its cooldown after hooking a survivor.

people seem to forget that it’s duration counts towards the cooldown, meaning you can only trigger uw once per minute per survivor

The wipe animation on the perk icon is also tricky to understand at a glance. 🤨

I don't actually use windows. The blindness just feels tacked on and sloppy. It doesn't feel like it belongs.
