Nerf survivors to buff weak killers
This will promote killers to pick weak killers and there will be less insufferable blights and nurses.

Instead, give weak killers a small speed boost. Nerfing survivors will just make strong killers even stronger against them.

People aren't just playing the strongest killers because of how strong they are, it's also because they have some mechanical depth to them. Why would people drop Nurse, Blight and Wesker for Wraith or Freddy just because survivors become weaker? Boring killers are still boring.
