Chucky is the best chapter thus far
He is a mix of every aspect that makes other fun killers fun. He has stealth, voice lines, a good dash ability, pallet scamper, fast vault and he's small with third person.
The Tiffany skin is just as awesome though I did wish she had just as many voice lines as Chucky though maybe I was just a little unlucky and didn't get many prompts.
He's already my favorite killer in the game after just a couple games. I hope others are having fun as well and are getting creative with his slice and dice. His perks are a little meh, but I still have yet to fully use them.
I am wondering what it's like on the survivor side though, and I hope they're having as much fun as the killer is. I do wonder though if anyone dislikes the chapter and for what reason either character or gameplay wise

just no... weak killer, tier C ~ D, basically a pig without traps and 4.4

Yet he has far more utilization than pig and her traps combined? Do you realize how much of an advantage Chucky has over other killers simply by being third person and small? I'm guessing not

I wouldn't say best thus far. Maybe for you, but it wasn't a loaded chapter like the first Resident Evil chapter was for example. The chucky DLC should've come with a map of the toy factory and a new survivor, then it would be up there with the RE chapter.
