Have everybody already noticed that the anti camping does actually nothing to The Cannibal?
I understand that the mechanic is brand new and it's clearly not going to be perfectly polished from the get-go, but isn't it such an irony that The Cannibal can bypass the anti camping mechanic knowing that he was one of the main reasons this tool was implementented for being killer known as the #1 at camping for how easy it is to do so? In the patch notes it was especifically mentioned how this feature would affect The Cannibal in order to stop making him such a beast at camping and tunneling through endurance right off hook, yet I have seen that he still can successfully 2 hit anybody right off hook through the haste and endurance regardless.
I don't have any clips of it now, it just happened in my game I played earlier today, but I am sure anybody can find clips of this from any content creator on Youtube, or can test it themselves on any match (public match or bots).

It does nothing in general.

I want to believe it’s still a prototype and will get tweaks here and there, just like they did with basekit BT from 5 to 10 seconds!

They needed to address going back to hook to tunnel off hook aswell because in its state it is useless.

This you can do by giving the killer a valid reason not to get 1 person out ASAP. You won't do that by just making it harder.
Many people think most killers tunnel (and sweat) because of MMR.

I actually had a camping Bubba get caught out by the AFC in my game the other day. He stuck too close to me and gave me the unhook, and the extra 5 seconds of BT meant I was easily able to get to a pallet and force him to m1 me or let me throw it, in the end his camping really hurt his ability to win the game.
Outside of this, the clearance the AFC provides really makes applying Kinship and Reassurance much easier, and you can really punish a hard camping Bubba, and any of the fast/mobile killers who run away and sprint back to interrupt the unhook.
OFC end game Bubba is still Bubba, but tbh I think the AFC has been a great success, it does exactly what it is meant to, which is stop people face camping. Just the fact there is a small buffer where the killer isn't sat right under hook to give opportunities to counter play, without being abusable by survivors, is a great triumph to my mind.

It's an anti-facecamp feature. It was never meant to hinder other forms of camping.
It works well in the new-player mmr-range where facecamping actually happens. If you notice no change, that means you are an intermediate players who doesn't get matched with facecampers.
I recall Bubba got extra anti-camp measures in the same update - they can't hit through basekit BT and down with the same swing. Or something like that. I didn't play camping Bubba lately, so I don't know the ins and outs of that mechanic.

I literally said that it doesn’t work even if it did get stated that Bubba could not do that, he still can and makes it a problem.

He still can 2 tap through endurance instantly and he was not supposed to be able to do that after the mechanic was implemented. He 2 taps through endurance even if hasted.

Not experienced that myself, I've yet to be caught by a double tap since otvwas fixed, but sounds like a bug to me. You should report it.

Try it yourself in any custom game, hold W right after being off hook and you’ll see you get caught still in the same chainsaw usage.
