2 survivors bodyblocked exit gate switches to kill me and random
I have video evidence showing one of the 2 duo neas refusing to let me escape while i looped the killer, the killer then proceeded to down me and mori me and didnt even try to help me. At the start the 2 neas didnt even try and save me off hook and i went 2nd stage and random zarina came from across map to save me. Please tell me if i can actually report them, what makes it worse is ones a twitch streamer

You for sure can as it's classified as working with the killer/unsportsmanlike conduct. They shouldn't be promoting doing that to viewers on Twitch either.

Well you would in-game report them and then just copy their name when asked for the name on the report. Obviously many people can have the same name but they'll just check who you reported in-game to confirm. If they are on the same platform, it'll be best to copy the link to their profile. That's the main reason in-game reports exist to be honest.

Well they are both Playstation and I even found them on the platform. So do I just give their name tag

You can put either their PlayStation name or BHVR name. They are connected with each other automatically I think.
