Then please complain about Ultimate Weapon (or screaming perks in general), not about Piggy.
Toxic players are everywhere. It does not need to be a TTV.

Ultimate weapon has already been complained about, that's apart of the issue but not the main issue. It's her trap timer.
Being TTV increases your chances of getting tunnelled exponentially.

You might not want to hear this but if you put TTV in your name you need to accept that some idiots will target you to feel better. (I don't think it's OK, but what can you do about these idiots)
I don't stream, but having almost 7k hrs combined with a P100 makes you an automatic target.
This is a completely different topic and still no need to nerf her timer. The killer player would still tunnel you without them playing pig, if they really wanted to.
Yes it is not fun if you can't to anything in a match besides solving boxes, but these are edge cases. At least in my games.

How in the hell trap timers are to low? Maybe with 2 timer addon it can be problematic. But otherwise all you have to do is stay low, and go to the boxes.
If your teammates not help you at all in those "chases" while the pig crouch, also finish a gen at the worst time etc it is not the Pig's fault and not needed to nerf. People should use their brain in scenarios like this.
My mind is blowing that some survivors think that every killer's power and perks should favor THEM instead of the killer. What would be enough? Every survivor should get speed and endurance every time a killer uses their power? Maybe also some progress in a random gen.

Because head traps are fine and no one with more than 5 hours legitimately thinks there's an issue with them.

Lol I get tunnelled almost every game for having TTV, that's not the issue here. It's the pig timers. Everyone keeps forgetting this because she is "weak" when compared to others. In a perfect scenario there's always enough time to take off the trap, but with a little bit of resistance there just simply isn't.

Any Killer can tunnel. Had a Wesker and a Xeno today who tunneled everyone off hook. Only difference for Pig is if you run her the entire game you have to take hatch to escape instead of an exit gate.

A second hook option like Pyramidhead has, would be nice. Like the challenges in the movies.
The downed survivor get a black out and finding themselves in different situations.

I personally disagree with this topic. She doesn’t need a nerf. The only suggestion is timer doesn’t keep counting down while she chases you in stealth. 🤷🏼♂️

Again, I think you would notice that if you would put that TTV away from your name for a week you would notice that the timer is not as bad as you think it is. Trust me. I get tunneled my fair share (P100 with almost 7k hrs, like I said).
Because the problem is tunneling and not the timer.
Some folks also say that Wesker's infection is bad because it makes tunneling easy. Same thing. Tunneling needs to be addressed, not killer powers or addons.

I personally never face pig, like very rarely do I see her, and even more rarely do I have a tunneling head trap pig. So it's not too much of a concern for me but in solo q it is unfun for that player, as there's not a lot you can do, you can't tell your teammates to wait to pop gens or get them to takes hits, or tell them to leave so you can escape through hatch. Especially with screaming perks it can be a nightmare, so I can see where you're coming from. But because she's so rare, I don't know that it's much of a priority or necessity rn at least.

just something i want to say, crate of gears+bag of gears is 19 seconds to search a jigsaw.
pig's traps should be death sentence that has high probability to kill. i think issue that most people have with her head-trap is how cheap the kill is. what I mean by that is there is no back and forth with her traps when trap is active. your forced to search the boxes and if you run out of time, your dead. when people die to her reverse trap, they feel cheated in the death because they couldn't change outcome of trap kill. the gameplay design is trying reflect the lore of character where once experiment begins, your dead. the character design is cool but it is little bit.. i don't know, brittle? the design works but the gameplay towards trap is a bit dry.
1 down is 1 kill. that is why i think pig's chase is very bad because of how one dimensional the trap towards the kill. my guess is counter-play is suppose to be that you don't go down to the pig... so pig cannot put reverse bear traps to mori you. I am curious to how they will approach changes on the pig because I feel like her kit is strong fundamentally but it has bad numbers that make feel bad to play/weak.

It seems that with me being frustrated by being followed in stealth for at least 5/6 games in a row almost; multiple people trying to get their points across and making this post feel more like a chore to reply to, I have also come to realise that I somehow forgot to actually write the exact nerf clearly that I wanted fixed which should've been in the OP. That was her timer pausing while you are being chased. It's funny because I'm PRETTY SURE I DID add this in at one point but I guess describing fixes to a problem rather than explaining what the problem actually is is definitely a male trait... or someone deleted it.
I have amended the OP, hopefully it makes a lot more sense now.
@LapisInfernalis The point I was trying to make with the "TTV" comment is that the killer does not care about protecting gens to get that TTV kill. and again mate, I do not care if I get tunnelled by any killer because I have TTV in my name, I don't care if it's any killer in the game, tunnelling has been happening almost 9 months to me now, I'm used to it.

You can try your best not to go down at all or your team can trade speeding through gens for overall safety by stalling gen completion to let a person get their trap off without being pressured. People forget that by default the traps aren't immediately active and pose no threat to you until a generator gets completed while it's on your head. The trap wasn't meant to kill as consistently as it does as it's primary function is to make survivors slow down on progressing their objective to circumvent the instant death risk. People tend to just try finish games as fast as possible though which makes it more worthwhile to force head pops.

i fully understand that. I just think that people complain about pig head-pop don't get that. whenever i play vs pig, i tend to want to get chased first because i don't want my teammates to fail chases early vs pig. in my subjective experience, if pig chases me, i can loop m1 killers easily for 3-4 gens to pop. after that. her traps are no longer threat when 1 gen as long your team does not just suicide and get a bunch of helmets. if your teammate take chase and they're bad at looping than those pig games tend to be hard due the fact that she makes your teammate useless for like 50% of the match with slow gens.
I think pig does need major buffs however i think she is pub stomper from my subjective experience.

Either way the fact that she can find you, follow you, and ensure you never get your trap off while its going to kill you, is a 100% free kill with no downside other than possibly losing everyone else out the gates. All shed have to do is watxh you at the machine, pull you off when ur almost done, and carry you somewhere elae and drop you again till you fall out. The only counter to the trap whatsoever is a hatch escape, which is very unlikely if ur trap goes off by the first generator. Then again myers can just 1 shot the whole team by staring at them, and lockers just give him free hooks that he can camp go death

Trust me it's hella annoying, especially if you're being tunnelled in the process lol., imagine a 19s timer to remove the trap and then it interrupts at the last second and the killer is just teabagging behind you watching it all unfold lol

Having the trap time not tick down while being followed in stealth would be dumb and completely remove any threat the power has which removes its entire point.

Pig wastes so much time following you in stealth. Everytime she does that it‘s a free win for the survivors and if your teammates have some honor, they will distract her before the head pop happens. Also you can just run away and in the end she has to go out of stealth, because she is too slow, then she chases you and the timer is paused. You could prevent this situation most times entirely by searching the boxes before the timer even starts.

So why do you care if piggy follows you with an active trap, effectively tunneling you? Your logic does not make sense. Either you don't care about tunneling or you do, but not by deciding from time to time.
