If they read everything that would be painful or very demotivating for them I think.
Most of the things here are only negative.

yeah but as actually a few of the mods have said it helps make the game better and there are multiple mods which makes it easier

I personally wish me that they give answers to feedback/ideas in this forum so I can stop wasting my time hoping that they read it. Or just get a no and move on you know.
For example Sadako and monitor&abuse. There I wrote my ideas down and put a lot of time in. I just hope to at least get some form of answer. If they say „We heard it“ I would be so happy. Right know it feels pointless to write anything.

I don't think the devs themselves really do a lot of the reading. It's more likely a community manager or someone in a similar role reads through the feedback and compiles back a list towards the devs.
